What you’ll do

As a Web Content Writer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients tell their stories and get discovered online. Whether it’s a homepage, landing page, blog post, or service description — your words will inform, engage, and convert readers while supporting broader SEO goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and writing clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages
  • Collaborating with SEO strategists and on-site specialists to match content with keyword strategy and search intent
  • Optimizing existing copy for readability, search performance, and conversion
  • Adapting tone and messaging across different industries and client types
  • Following detailed content briefs and meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring every piece is original, on-brand, and adds real value to the reader

Who we need

We're after someone who loves words as much as they love rankings. You’re a natural communicator with a solid understanding of how search engines — and people — read content.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience writing SEO content (especially for agencies or multiple clients)
  • Excellent written English (C1+ level) — grammar, structure, and flow matter to you
  • The ability to research quickly and write with clarity on unfamiliar topics
  • A strong grasp of SEO writing (keyword usage, headings, meta descriptions, etc.)
  • Great time management and the discipline to work independently
  • A positive attitude and an eye for detail

Our Interview Process

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1
CV Screening
Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.
STEP 2
Interview with Hiring Manager
If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a 30-minute interview. We’ll discuss your mindset, team dynamics, role expectations, and give you a chance to ask questions about the position and company culture.
STEP 3
Skills Assessment
Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.
STEP 4
Leadership Round
After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.
STEP 5
Decision & Offer
