What you’ll do

As an Outreach & Partnerships Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with website owners, publishers, and bloggers to secure high-quality backlinks and brand mentions for our clients. You’ll be the connection point between our agency and online communities — representing our clients with professionalism and creativity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying partnership opportunities with websites and publishers
  • Reaching out via email and social platforms to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Negotiating placements, guest posts, and collaborations
  • Maintaining a structured database of outreach contacts and ongoing relationships
  • Collaborating with content writers and SEO specialists to ensure link relevance and quality
  • Monitoring backlink performance and optimizing outreach approaches based on results
  • Staying informed on link-building trends, Google guidelines, and digital PR tactics

Who we need

We’re looking for someone who is social, persuasive, and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys communication and relationship-building as much as achieving tangible SEO results.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience with outreach, link building, or digital PR campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+ level or higher)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional communication style
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and partnerships at once
  • A results-driven mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, etc.) is a plus

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1
CV Screening
Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.

Interview with Hiring Manager

Skills Assessment
Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.

Leadership Round
After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.
