What you’ll do

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our SEO campaigns and helping our clients build strong online visibility. You’ll research, connect, and collaborate with websites to secure quality backlinks — a vital part of any successful SEO strategy. Your work will directly contribute to improving rankings, traffic, and brand authority.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying partnership and backlink opportunities
  • Conducting outreach to website owners, bloggers, and publishers
  • Building and maintaining online relationships and collaborations
  • Coordinating with content writers to create engaging, link-worthy articles
  • Monitoring and tracking outreach performance
  • Staying updated on SEO best practices and Google’s link-building guidelines
  • Working closely with our SEO team to align strategies and deliver measurable results

Who we need

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in the digital marketing and SEO industry. You’ll fit perfectly if you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2+ level)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
  • Interest in SEO, outreach, and content marketing
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) is a plus
  • Motivation to learn and deliver great results

Our Interview Process

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1
CV Screening
Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.
STEP 2
Interview with Hiring Manager
If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a 30-minute interview. We’ll discuss your mindset, team dynamics, role expectations, and give you a chance to ask questions about the position and company culture.
STEP 3
Skills Assessment
Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.
STEP 4
Leadership Round
After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.

Decision & Offer
