What you’ll do

This is a 4-week online internship designed to give you hands-on experience in link building. You’ll go through weekly learning modules, practical assignments, and evaluations. Each week, you’ll need to achieve an 80% score to move on to the next stage. At the end of the program, top-performing interns will have the opportunity to receive a full-time job offer.

During the internship, you will:

  • Learn how to research and identify link-building opportunities
  • Practice outreach to website owners, bloggers, and publishers
  • Gain experience in relationship-building and negotiation
  • Understand how to create link-worthy content in collaboration with writers
  • Track and evaluate backlink performance
  • Work closely with our SEO team while developing your own skills

Who we need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2+ level)

Our Interview Process

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1
CV Screening
Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.
STEP 2
Interview with Hiring Manager
If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a 30-minute interview. We’ll discuss your mindset, team dynamics, role expectations, and give you a chance to ask questions about the position and company culture.
STEP 3
Skills Assessment
Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.
STEP 4
Leadership Round
After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.
STEP 5
Decision & Offer
Following the leadership round, we’ll finalize our decision and inform you within 10 working days. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, feel free to contact our HR Manager.
