Project Overview
In November 2023, Loopex Digital started providing local SEO services to Brampton Physiotherapy + Wellness Institute, a health and wellness clinic in Brampton, Ontario. The clinic offers physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, pain management, acupuncture, and custom orthotics.
Goal
At the start of the project, the website faced 2 challenges:
- Low visibility for the clinic’s 2 core services. The website was not ranking well for physiotherapy and chiropractic searches in Brampton, which are the services that bring in most patients.
- No service architecture to build on. The website had no structure for targeting the different treatments, conditions, body areas, and patient needs tied to those services. Two main pages were trying to cover everything.
Our goal was to build clear SEO structures around both physiotherapy and chiropractic care. We wanted to expand the website’s visibility for local and service-related searches, bring in more qualified organic traffic, and turn those visitors into appointment requests.
Solutions

Our SEO Team Restructured the Main Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Service Pages
As part of our SEO services for physical therapists, we started with the clinic’s main physiotherapy and chiropractic service pages. Our SEO team analyzed how each page should be structured, what information patients were looking for, and which searches each page needed to target.
Based on that research, we restructured and rewrote the content on both pages. At the same time, we mapped out the supporting pages needed to build full SEO structures around physiotherapy and chiropractic care, rather than relying on 2 pages to cover a wide range of searches on their own.
We Expanded the Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Sections With Dedicated Supporting Service Pages
After restructuring the main pages, our SEO team built supporting pages based on how patients actually search for care.
For chiropractic care, we created pages across three categories.
- The first covered specific body parts, including the foot, neck, TMJ, and upper cervical region.
- The second covered conditions such as frozen shoulder, scoliosis, vertigo, slipped discs, and plantar fasciitis.
- The third covered patient needs and treatment types, including sports, E-Stim, emergency, family, holistic, injury, neurological, and decompression chiropractic care.
We applied the same structure to physiotherapy, with dedicated pages for body parts, conditions, and specific treatment types.
This gave each service, condition, and patient need its own landing page. It widened the range of searches the website could target and created far more entry points for patients arriving from organic search.
Our Content Team Created Supporting Blog Content to Build Topical Authority
Alongside the new service pages, our content team built blog content around both physiotherapy and chiropractic care as part of our SEO content strategy development services.
We targeted the conditions, symptoms, treatments, and questions patients search for before choosing a provider. These articles let the website cover a wider set of queries while supporting the core service pages through internal linking.
Results
From 97 to 149 Keywords in Google’s Top 10
After restructuring and expanding the physiotherapy and chiropractic sections, the number of keywords ranking in Google’s top 10 grew from 97 to 149, a 54% increase.

The clinic now holds 1st position for “best physiotherapy Brampton” and “best chiropractor Brampton,” 2nd position for “physiotherapy Brampton,” and 3rd position for “chiropractor Brampton.” These are the highest-intent searches in the business, used by patients in Brampton who are ready to book.

From 671 to 1,760 Monthly Organic Visitors
When we started our SEO services, the website brought in 671 organic visitors per month. As the new service pages started ranking for their own conditions and treatments, and the blog content brought in patients earlier in their research, monthly traffic reached 1,760, a 162% increase.
Because each page now matches a specific condition or treatment, visitors land on the page that answers their question rather than on a general service page.
