Project Overview
In April 2025, Loopex Digital started providing SaaS SEO services to Crobox, an AI-powered product discovery and guided selling platform for retail and eCommerce brands. The platform helps shoppers find the right products while helping businesses improve conversions, increase order value, and reduce returns.
Goal
At the start of the project, the website faced three challenges:
- Limited organic traffic. The site was receiving 262 monthly organic visitors, so search was contributing almost nothing to sales.
- Narrow keyword visibility. Only 26 keywords ranked in Google’s top 10, which left the platform invisible for most of its category terms.
- Blog traffic going nowhere. The blog sat on a subdomain, so the traffic it earned did not strengthen the main domain.
Our SEO team set goals for each problem. First, improve rankings for the key industry terms, with a primary focus on “product discovery platform” and “product discovery platform for ecommerce.” Second, grow qualified organic traffic that could support sales. Third, strengthen the website’s authority with relevant backlinks so it can compete for those terms.
Solutions

We Optimized the Homepage and Key Product Pages with Target Keywords
Our SEO team started with the homepage, since it carries the two terms that matter most to the business. We rewrote the content and metadata and added new sections targeting “product discovery platform” and “product discovery platform for ecommerce,” so the page explained what the platform does in the language buyers use to search for it.
We then optimized the product pages around their own commercial terms: “ecommerce product finder,” “product recommendation tool,” “product comparison tool,” and “customer behavior analytics software.” Giving each page a single target keyword meant they stopped competing with the homepage and with each other.
Our Technical SEO Team Migrated the Blog From a Subdomain to the Main Domain
The blog was running on a subdomain, so the traffic it earned did little for the main domain’s authority.
Our technical team provided SEO migration services to move it across. We built a complete redirect map and transferred all the content to the main domain without losing traffic, so the blog’s authority now supports the commercial pages.
The Loopex Digital Team Developed a New Blog Strategy to Build Topical Authority
Crobox sells to large eCommerce businesses, so our SEO team researched the topics those buyers actually search. As part of our SEO content strategy development services, we targeted subjects like why customers don’t buy, how to increase customer lifetime value, and cross-selling strategies that increase eCommerce revenue.
These articles reach decision-makers earlier in their research and link internally to the product pages that convert.
Our SEO Team Ran a Strategic SaaS Link-Building Campaign
As part of our link building services, our team built a campaign aimed at Crobox’s most competitive term, “product discovery platform for ecommerce,” along with related terms across product discovery, guided selling, SaaS, and eCommerce technology.
We secured placements on SaaS companies, eCommerce platforms, and technology businesses whose topics and audiences matched Crobox’s services, including several on established websites with Domain Ratings above 90. Choosing on relevance kept the backlink profile clean and put the brand in front of potential customers and industry professionals on websites they already trust.
Results
From 370 to 504 Monthly Organic Visitors
At the start of the project, Crobox received about 262 monthly organic visitors, according to Ahrefs. Following the link-building strategies, on-page optimization, and blog strategy, the monthly organic traffic increased to 565 visitors, representing a growth of approximately 116%.

From 36 to 96 Keywords in Google's Top 10
Crobox ranked in Google’s top 10 for 26 keywords when the project began. That number grew to 98, a 277% increase.
Thanks to the on-page work and the authority the backlinks built, the platform now ranks across a far wider set of terms covering product discovery, guided selling, SaaS, and eCommerce technology.

The rankings carry into AI search as well. For “product discovery platform for ecommerce,” Google’s AI Overview lists Crobox among the top platforms. Crobox also appears first in the source panel, ahead of Constructor and Gartner.

33 High-Quality Backlinks Acquired and Domain Rating Raised from 54 to 58
Due to successfully implemented link building strategies, our team acquired 33 high-quality backlinks from relevant SaaS, eCommerce, and technology websites, including several on domains with a DR above 90. The Domain Rating rose from 54 to 58.
At this level of authority, a four-point gain represents a substantial increase in absolute link equity, which is what moved the competitive category terms.
