Campaign Idea
Our team noticed the increasing media coverage of rising rent prices and decided to dig deeper to understand how much tenants truly pay for their living space. Rather than relying on monthly averages that ignore differences in property size and value, we focused on cost per square meter. This approach exposed dramatic affordability gaps among major global cities, offering a fresh, data-driven perspective that stands out to news outlets.
