Project Overview
In November 2025, Loopex Digital began working with SolarGenix, a solar sales automation software company that offered instant solar sales proposal generation and lead-capture tools for solar sales agents and installer companies. Their software included features such as roof detection, shading analysis, panel placement, and obstruction detection to generate a sales-ready proposal in a few seconds. SolarGenix needed a strategic SEO partner to launch a new website that would generate organic traffic and drive qualified leads.
Goal
When SolarGenix began working with Loopex Digital, the website had no traffic, did not rank for any keywords, and had no domain rating - in short, it had virtually no online visibility. Our SEO team's primary goal was to optimize for high-intent keywords, help the website start ranking for them, and drive organic traffic through both the homepage and blog articles, ultimately attracting qualified leads for the company.
Solutions

To achieve our goal, the Loopex Digital SEO team focused on optimizing the homepage for target keywords, creating product and feature pages, and publishing high-quality blog articles to build strong topical authority. At the same time, we worked on developing a strong backlink profile to strengthen the website’s overall SEO performance.
We Run an Audit to Identify and Fix Techincal SEO Issues
At the start of the project, our SEO team conducted a comprehensive technical SEO audit to identify issues that were hindering the website’s performance. The audit covered over 170 checkpoints, including GA4 and GSC setup, Core Web Vitals, and more, to ensure every aspect was reviewed. As a result, we identified and promptly resolved issues related to indexation and heading hierarchy. Following this, our technical SEO team implemented relevant schema markup to further improve the site’s technical SEO foundation.
We Optimized the Homepage for Target Money Keywords
At the start of the project, the website was not optimized for any target keywords. Our primary goal was to identify the high-value money keywords that the homepage should focus on. Based on this, our SEO team suggested UX/UI optimizations and improvements to the page's metadata and copy, incorporating target keywords such as “solar sales proposal software,” “solar proposal generator tool,” “solar sales software,” and “solar sales platform.”
Our SEO Team Created New Product and Feature Pages
The software included two main products: the solar sales proposal generator and lead capture tools. It also offered several key features, such as roof detection, solar panel placement analysis, financial forecasting, shading analysis, and obstruction detection. However, none of these products or features had dedicated pages on the website.
The SEO team at Loopex Digital addressed this by creating detailed page outlines in Figma, writing copy for each page, and developing a strategic internal linking structure that connects product pages, feature pages, and blog content.
We Built Topical Authority Through a Targeted SEO Content Strategy
When we began working with SolarGenix, the website had no blog content and lacked a strategy to build topical authority in the solar industry.
To address this, the SEO team at Loopex Digital conducted thorough competitor research to identify the most relevant topics for solar sales. For each topic, we determined primary and secondary keywords and developed a targeted SEO content strategy focused on solar sales and solar business.
This strategy was designed to establish the website’s authority, capture organic traffic, and improve visibility in AI-generated search overviews.
Loopex Digital’s Team Secured High-Quality Backlinks Through Three Targeted Strategies
Loopex Digital’s team used three distinct link-building strategies to secure high-quality backlinks and support the website’s growth.
First, we built and implemented a SaaS link-building strategy that focused on strategic partnerships with solar-related software websites. These placements helped strengthen topical authority in the solar and renewable energy niche, while also connecting the website with relevant industry sources.
Second, we focused on improving AI presence through listicle-style placements. We acquired backlinks from articles where the brand was listed alongside its main competitors, with clear mentions of its key benefits and positioning.
Third, we contributed listicle-style content to niche-relevant websites like solar and renewable energy publications, solar installer and contractor networks, and more. This helped increase brand visibility, improve the chances of appearing in AI-generated answers, drive referral and organic traffic, and build stronger overall website authority.
Results
We launched our SEO campaign in November 2025. By combining technical SEO optimizations, on-page improvements, a focused SEO content strategy, and targeted link-building services, we delivered measurable results across every key metric.
When we began the project, SolarGenix had no organic traffic. As a result of our SEO team’s combined efforts in link building, content creation, and on-site optimization, organic traffic grew to 425 visitors in just 6 months.

At the start of the project, SolarGenix did not rank for any keywords. Over the course of six months, our SEO strategy helped the website begin ranking for 100 keywords in Google’s top 10. Today, the blog articles rank in top positions, and the homepage appears on the second page for the high-value keyword “solar sales proposal software,” marking a significant achievement given the website’s short period of SEO activity.

Over the six months of implementing our SEO strategy, we acquired 34 high-quality backlinks for SolarGenix, with an average domain rating of 57. These backlinks helped increase the website’s domain rating from nearly zero to 17. In addition, they contributed to improved visibility across the site and supported higher rankings for the homepage on the target keyword “solar sales proposal software.”
