We also identified a unique angle by focusing specifically on city centers, which are often the most appealing and busiest areas of cities.

We analysed remote work discussions on social media and forums to identify content gaps around business networking.

Our analysis covered the largest U.S. cities to identify the ten most expensive city centers for remote work.

We evaluated variables that would have an impact on remote work, such as population size, the number of co-working spaces and cafes per capita, internet speed, average monthly rent in city centers, hourly desk costs, and meal and coffee prices.

Our team then created a custom index considering all the factors which allowed us to rank the cities accordingly.
