In July 2025, Loopex Digital started partnering with Zental, a chain of private dental practices in the UK. The clinic is a high-end clinic offering a wide range of dental services, including implantology, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and general dentistry. Zental needed a professional SEO company to develop a comprehensive strategy to increase its organic traffic, improve its rankings for location-based keywords, and drive more qualified leads.
Goal
When Zental began working with Loopex Digital, the website already had some local search presence. However, it lacked topical authority in implantology and orthodontics, the two most important treatments the dental clinic offers. Our SEO team's primary goal was to improve rankings for location-specific keywords, create topical authority around orthodontics and implantology, and help the business attract more high-quality leads.
Solutions

To achieve our goal, the Loopex Digital SEO team focused on creating topical authority by publishing high-quality, well-researched content designed to drive organic traffic. At the same time, we worked on improving the website’s backlink profile by getting links from trustworthy, relevant sites to make the site stronger and more visible in search results.
We Identified and Fixed Technical Issues Limiting Search Performance
At the beginning of the project, we conducted a full technical SEO audit for Zental and identified several technical issues. These included duplicate headings and titles, missing schema markup, and missing alt texts. Our technical audit included 170 checkpoints and covered every angle to catch all issues. After the audit, we created a comprehensive action list, with all issues classified from critical to minor and prioritized for resolution. Our technical SEO team eliminated duplicate headings and titles and added relevant schema markup to location, treatment, and blog pages.
Our SEO Team Optimized Location Pages and Opened New Treatment Pages
Zental has six locations in the UK: Earl’s Court, Knightsbridge, Milton Keynes, Cricklewood, Bexleyheath, and Barnet. So, as part of our local SEO services, our team optimized the location pages to rank for key local keywords like “dentist Barnet,” “private dentist Barnet,” “private dentist Bexleyheath,” “private dentist Cricklewood,” and other important local search terms.
As a second goal, we identified missing treatment pages for services offered by Zental, such as QuickStraightTeeth™ and Six Month Smiles®. By adding these treatment pages, we improved Zental’s chances of ranking for searches related to these services.
We Built Topical Authority Through a Targeted Content Strategy
To build topical authority for the website in implantology and orthodontics, the SEO team at Loopex Digital conducted thorough keyword research and developed a targeted SEO content strategy for each specialty.
The first SEO silo focused on orthodontics. Our team created blog topics covering a variety of subjects, including Invisalign braces, different types of braces, the appropriate age for treatment, how Invisalign can close gaps or correct overbites, and treatment options for underbites, asymmetric faces, or crooked teeth. After publishing these articles, the Loopex Digital SEO team implemented a strategic internal linking structure, connecting related content to each other and linking to relevant Invisalign and braces treatment pages.
The second silo targeted dental implants. We developed blog topics on key areas such as how dental implants work, the different types available, real-life results with before-and-after photos, and the best clinics offering dental implant services. These articles were also linked internally to related treatment and location pages.
The third silo focused on the costs of dental treatments across the UK. Topics included the cost of Invisalign, dental implants, teeth whitening, and more. This content offered valuable insights for potential clients researching treatment options and pricing.

Results
As we began working on Zental in July 2025, the combined efforts of technical SEO services, on-page optimization, SEO content strategy, link building services, and digital PR campaigns delivered results across all metrics.
When we began working on the project, Zental was receiving around 2,855 organic visitors per month. Through our SEO team’s combination of on-site optimization, targeted SEO content strategy, and link-building strategies, we increased monthly organic traffic to 19,865 visitors. This result proves the effectiveness of our SEO strategy and helped the dental clinic improve its visibility and attract more potential patients across the UK.

Through our content creation and optimization strategies, Zental began ranking for over 3,000 keywords in Google’s top 10, up from just 304 initially. The location pages now perform strongly, ranking 1st for “private dentist Circlewood,” 5th for “earls court dentist,” and 7th for “dentist barnet,” “dentists in Knightsbridge,” and “private dentist Bexleyhealth.”
In addition, as a result of our targeted optimization efforts, the Zental homepage now ranks 2nd for “dentist UK” and 4th for “private dentist UK,” significantly boosting the clinic’s visibility on high-volume national searches.


Moreover, as a result of our SEO content strategy, the blog articles on dental treatment costs, orthodontics, and implantology now rank for high-value keywords such as “how much is Invisalign” in 1st position, “how much does Invisalign cost” in 3rd position, and “tooth extraction costs” in 3rd position. In addition, these articles are featured in AI-generated search overviews, further increasing their visibility and reach.



Through targeted outreach and niche-relevant backlink acquisition, Zental’s domain rating increased from 27 to 28. Our team secured over 120 high-quality backlinks from relevant health, dental, and industry-related websites, strengthening the clinic’s online authority, boosting search visibility, and supporting long-term organic growth.
