Highlight any SEO-related tasks you worked on 

Include links to SEO projects you've contributed to

Mention your English proficiency level (A1–C2)

Include your university name, degree, and graduation year 

List the SEO tools you're experienced with (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)

List hard skills, such as keyword research and analytics

List soft skills, such as communication and time management

Provide your phone number and e-mail

Our Interview Process

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1

CV Screening

Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.

STEP 2

Interview with Hiring Manager

If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a 30-minute interview. We’ll discuss your mindset, team dynamics, role expectations, and give you a chance to ask questions about the position and company culture.

STEP 3

Skills Assessment

Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.

STEP 4

Leadership Round

After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.

STEP 5

Decision & Offer

Following the leadership round, we’ll finalize our decision and inform you within 10 working days. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, feel free to contact our HR Manager.
