In July 2025, Loopex Digital started collaborating with theKOLLAB, a crypto marketing agency that provides a full range of services for crypto, DeFi, and blockchain projects. Their offerings include crypto influencer marketing, SEO, PR, community management, and social media management. theKOLLAB needed a strategic SEO partner to expand its organic visibility beyond KOL marketing and start ranking for the high-value keywords that drive leads.
Goal
theKOLLAB started partnering with Loopex Digital with a narrow search presence. The website ranked for keywords related to KOL and crypto influencer marketing but had no visibility for critical search terms like "crypto marketing agency," "web3 marketing agency," and "cryptocurrency marketing agency." Our SEO team's primary goal was to rank for these high-intent keywords, improve overall organic visibility, and help them generate high-quality leads for the business.

We Identified and Fixed Technical Issues Limiting Search Performance
theKOLLAB's website had several technical issues holding it back. Duplicate headings and titles, missing schema markup, and internal links pointing to no-response pages. At Loopex Digital, we run a technical SEO audit that includes 170 checkpoints, covering everything needed to catch issues from all angles. Then, we created a comprehensive Action List that includes all the critical issues that need to be fixed. theKOLLAB had limited blog content and no strategy for building topical authority in crypto marketing, which hindered the site’s ability to rank for competitive terms.
To address this, our expert SEO team conducted in-depth competitive research to identify content gaps between theKOLLAB and its main competitors. Based on these findings, we performed keyword research for each topic to identify both primary and secondary keywords. Results
We started the SEO campaign in July 2025. The combination of technical fixes, on-page optimization, SEO content strategy, and targeted link building delivered results across every metric.
When the project began, theKOLLAB was receiving 213 monthly organic visitors. Our SEO team's combination of on-site optimization, content strategy, and link building took monthly traffic to 582. For a niche B2B agency in the crypto space, this growth shows the strategy is working and building momentum.

Through our content writing and optimization strategies, theKOLLAB went from 7 keywords in Google's top 10 to 74 ranking positions. At the start of the project, the homepage only ranked for KOL marketing-related keywords. Now theKOLLAB ranks for 10 crypto marketing-related keywords, including "crypto marketing agency" in position 10, "web3 marketing agency" in position 8, "crypto marketing firm" in position 9, and "blockchain marketing agency" in position 11. These are the exact terms that generate leads for the business.
