With a diverse product catalog, from traditional jigsaw puzzles for adults to Disney-themed collections and wooden variants, Buffalo Games needed to improve search visibility across their key product categories.
Goal
Buffalo Games aimed to rank in the Google top 10 for high-intent jigsaw puzzle keywords, with a primary focus on competitive terms like "jigsaw puzzles for adults," "Disney jigsaw puzzles," and "wooden jigsaw puzzles." The goal was to capture search traffic from puzzle enthusiasts actively looking for quality puzzle products.

Results
Over just two months, Buffalo Games achieved remarkable results:
At the start of the project in January 2025, Buffalo Games' website received 55,000 monthly organic visitors. By mid-March 2025, this number surged to 78,000, a 42% increase in just eight weeks. The newly created jigsaw puzzle subfolder alone generated 18,000 organic visitors from only 36 optimized pages, demonstrating the power of focused topical authority.

The campaign delivered exceptional keyword ranking improvements. Buffalo Games increased the number of keywords ranking in the Google top 10 from 3,894 to 5,847, a 50% increase. Remarkably, 90% of the ranking keywords from the new jigsaw puzzle cluster achieved top 10 positions, with many securing positions 1-3 for high-value search terms like "jigsaw puzzles for adults" and "Disney jigsaw puzzles."


The firm's domain rating improved from 48 to 50, reflecting the acquisition of high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources and the overall strengthening of the website's domain authority.
