What you’ll do

Provide technical support to team members for hardware, software, and network issues.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Ensure the security of systems by applying updates, patches, and antivirus measures.

Support the setup and maintenance of internal tools and applications.

Document IT processes and provide training for employees when needed.

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
