We spotted a major gap in travel coverage: while countless articles rank the "best places to visit," no one was talking about how popular tourist destinations might be ruining travelers' sleep. By combining tourism data with wellness metrics, we created a first-of-its-kind study that revealed which famous vacation spots are actually nightmares for quality rest.

Luxury travel often comes with a steep price tag, but savvy travelers can enjoy similar experiences at a fraction of the cost. We noticed that while media outlets love to spotlight the most expensive vacation spots, there was a clear gap—where could travelers go to get a similar experience without the luxury price tag? Instead of simply listing budget-friendly destinations, we came up with a data-driven approach to compare high-end locations with their affordable counterparts.

We identified a gap—while expensive destinations dominate travel coverage, there was little data on affordable alternatives.
We redefined affordability by finding destinations that offered the same experience at a lower price instead of generic budget travel lists.

Campaign Research

Our team analyzed 40 travel destinations to uncover cost-effective alternatives to the world’s most expensive vacation spots.

We analyzed Google search trends to determine the most in-demand luxury destinations and ranked them from most to least expensive.
We identified alternative destinations with similar appeal but significantly lower costs.
We gathered and compared price data for key expenses like accommodations, dining, and nightlife.
