What you’ll do

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that help our clients achieve measurable organic growth. You’ll work on a mix of on-site, technical SEO tasks, collaborating with content writers, link-building specialists, and developers to deliver top results.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive on-site SEO audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Performing keyword research and mapping to uncover high-potential opportunities
  • Optimizing website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and other on-page elements
  • Coordinating with content creators to ensure high-quality, keyword-optimized content
  • Identifying and resolving technical SEO issues in collaboration with developers
  • Monitoring website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Conducting competitor analysis and backlink research to identify opportunities
  • Preparing and executing off-page SEO strategies that drive results
  • Staying ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices
  • Providing actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams

Who we need

You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive on turning data into actionable strategies. You love diving into SEO challenges and have a passion for driving measurable growth.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience as an On-Site / Off-Site SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, search algorithms, and ranking factors
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Good understanding of User Experience, CTR
  • Excellent keyword research and on-page optimization skills
  • Ability to identify and solve technical SEO issues
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Good English proficiency (B2+ level, written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Our Interview Process

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1
CV Screening
Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.
STEP 2
Interview with Hiring Manager
If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a 30-minute interview. We’ll discuss your mindset, team dynamics, role expectations, and give you a chance to ask questions about the position and company culture.
STEP 3
Skills Assessment
Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.
STEP 4
Leadership Round
After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.
STEP 5
Decision & Offer
